HCF and CBHS Preferred Provider
We are Preferred Providers for HCF and CBHS, where all members get two 100% gap-free exams, cleans, x-rays and mouthguards per year.

Financing Through Zip, Humm and AfterPay
We want you to have access to the quality dental treatment you need, when you need it. Our dental practice in Doncaster offers payment plans through Zip, Humm, and Afterpay. These services are forms of credit and may offer zero-deposit, interest-free plans for eligible applicants. Terms, fees, eligibility criteria, and lending conditions apply. Zip Pay Disclaimer: Minimum monthly repayments are required. A monthly account fee of $9.95 applies and is subject to change. Pay your closing balance in full by the due date each month and we'll waive the fee. Available to approved applicants only and subject to completion of satisfactory credit assessment. Private Health Funds and HICAPS Claiming
Our dental practice accepts ALL private health funds. We process all claims thru HICAPS, which means easy, instant claims for you. By partnering with all health insurance providers, you can be assured of affordable dental care and a claims process that is simple and hassle-free! Just be sure to remember to present your health insurance card when you arrive for your appointment.
Medicare Child Dental and DVA Bulk Billed
At Shoppingtown Dental, we bulk bill eligible children for the Medicare Child Dental Benefit Scheme (CDBS). Your child under age 18 might be eligible for $1,000 of bulk-billed dental treatment. One of our friendly team members will be happy to verify your eligibility using your Medicare card number.
We also bulk bill all DVA Gold Card holders to honour our veterans. Simply present your Gold Card, and you will never have to pay for your dental treatment with us.
SuperCare
Shoppingtown Dental is partnered with SuperCare, a company that offers our patients assistance with applying for early release of superannuation funds when needed for dental treatment.
Circumstances where this option could be ideal include:
- Private health fund insurance that does not cover the proposed treatment.
- Insufficient access to funds to cover the cost of treatment.
- You have a family member with superannuation funds available.
We will help you with the necessary paperwork, and an experienced SuperCare consultant will guide you seamlessly through the application process.
